The SilverStripe Auction module lets you run your own auction website, with the ability to allow people to sign up, create, watch and bid on items in a category structure. Paypal is integrated to ease the payment process and as the site owner you can require a flat fee, percentage or a combination of both on each item sold

The auction module allows you to accept PayPal for any auction fees and to process the winning bid.
If someone consistently breaks your site rules, ban them. Or ban specifically unsuitable auctions one by one
Emails are sent when an auction is created, starts, has a new bid, closes soon, and closes. Offering complete visibility at all times to winners, losers, auctioneers and people watching auctions
